Brandon and Emily Hatch got married in the Timpanogos temple in August and had their reception at our house. She has lived in Sadi Arabia for over a decade, so it was interesting to talk to her parents. A life of burkas, drivers (girls are not allowed to drive there), HOT summers, a mix of international students, speaking fluent Arabic, and religious police were a marked difference in our societies, and yet their family has really enjoyed their experience and the people.
